How long will it take to dry?
Dry time depends on many factors like temperature, pad thickness, airflow, and saturation level needed to remove stains. However, we tip the scales in your favor by using professional-level extraction equipment and techniques, additionally, we use heavy-duty fans to significantly increase airflow. In most cases, the first room we have cleaned in your home is 98% dry by the time we finish your last room. After we’re gone it can take 3 – 5 hours for your carpets to feel dry.
How much will it cost?
Many carpet cleaning companies use per room pricing. While this is a great marketing tactic it doesn’t always provide the best value to you as a consumer. We price our carpet cleaning services per square foot. By doing this we can get you the most accurate and best value pricing available. Per room pricing may not take into account any furniture that won’t be moved and in some cases, closets, and hallways are charged as a room as well. Simply put, we want your experience with us to be worry and confusion-free.
Do you use scents or fragrances when cleaning?
We offer a full line of fragrance-free cleaning products, or, if you’d like, we can add a scent to your carpets during the cleaning process. These scents penetrate deeply into your carpet fibers and last up to 24 hours.
Should I move my furniture before you arrive?
To make your cleaning service even better, we are happy to move your furniture for you. To ensure that we can move your furniture we need to have all the electronics removed and safely stored, along with drawers and shelves. All furniture must be in good shape and be structurally sound. Every home and situation is different so we may run into a piece of furniture that we cannot move.
